This service is executed by the company CalaRajadaTransfer, a road passenger transport company or by collaborating companies of CalaRajadaTransfer. The service consists of transportation from Palma de Mallorca Airport to any point on the island on one-way, round-trip, or only return to Palma de Mallorca Airport. The transport will be carried out through vehicles with VT licenses of 4 or 6 seats (taxi), VTC vans, minibuses or minibuses. In no case will the service be carried out to farms, unpaved roads or roads.

Children under two years old do not pay. If a child or infant seat is required, please indicate this on the booking form. To ensure comfort and use of a suitable vehicle, please indicate any special luggage. CalaRajadaTransfer and its drivers as legal representatives reserve the right to refuse transportation to any person under the influence of alcohol and / or illegal drugs in all services (Exclusive and Shuttle) that CalaRajadaTransfer performs. The same refusal applies to people who behave in a way that could compromise the safety of the driver and / or other people involved in the transportation. In the event that a person vomits inside the vehicle due to the effects of drugs and / or alcohol, the driver is obliged to notify CalaRajadaTransfer and in such case, the person who made the reservation will be charged the amount of 100 Euros in addition to the reservation. This amount will be used for cleaning the vehicle. (€ 100). In the event that a person produces damage to our vehicles, they will proceed to report it to the police claiming the damages produced.

Drinking alcoholic beverages or smoking is not allowed in all of our vehicles.

Shuttle service:
SHUTTLE CalaRajadaTransfer passengers are subject to the following Terms and Conditions:
In low season (from October to May), the Shuttle reservation must be at least 7 people for the service to be carried out by minibus or minibus.
Reservations and modifications to existing reservations (ie number of passengers, flight schedule, hotels, flight numbers) must be made no later than 72 hours before the start of services.

Babies under the age of two travel in the arms of adults. The special child seat cannot be fitted in heavy vehicles.

There is no wheelchair lifting device on the vehicles used for this service. Disabled passengers must be able to master the stairs to access the vehicle.

SHUTTLE CalaRajadaTransfer must be informed in the reservation form of any luggage in excess of two pieces. The excess includes items such as sports equipment, wheelchairs, etc. Please note that there is a 9.00 euro surcharge for bicycles and golf bags. Please also note that we reserve the right to refuse the carriage of goods not declared in the reservation. If carriage is accepted, payment for such goods must be made prior to departure.

Whenever the reservation is made for two or more people, it will be understood that the applicant acts in the name and by appointment of all the others. Hence, you agree on behalf and by designation of all others to these conditions.

On board of all our vehicles it is not allowed to consume alcohol or smoke.

The payment of the service will be made simultaneously with the reservation on the SHUTTLE CalaRajadaTransfer website with a minimum notice of 24 hours before accessing the vehicle.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY All the contents of the website are the exclusive property of the entity and, by way of example, but not limited to, the graphic design, source code, logos, texts, graphics, illustrations, photographs, and other elements that appear on the CalaRajadaTransfer website. .com. Likewise, the trade names, trademarks or distinctive signs of any kind contained in the website are protected by the Intellectual and Industrial Property Law.
